To My Paintings with Picture Tubes in Paint Shop Pro-9

I use many Filters and Plugins to make my Graphics here and other of my work.
To Paint with picture tubes is just picture tubes and a background of your choose.
To make a Picture Tube Painting, you start with a background of your choose.
Then you paste the tubes on the background in layers.
Each tube has  to be on a separate layer to be able to move them around,
to make your painting.
