Here, this is the 3rd variation of source material used to create February Still Life and Ikebana Humoresque. And it appropriately describes the whimsical, light-hearted nature of this floral abstract.
Gina Harrison is a NC artist, graphic designer, and arts ed advocate. She received her BFA in studio art, with an emphasis in printmaking, from UNC-Chapel Hill. Her recent work has been exhibited in Pittsboro, Durham, Cary, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Wilmington, NC. She served as president of the Chatham Artists Guild from 2021 through 2022. She is past president of the Chatham Arts Council and currently serves as a board member of Arts NC, the statewide advocacy organization for the arts.
