Abstracted New York cityscape where the skyscraper reflects and refracts the light of an intense midday blue sky and contrasts with the classical architecture of an earlier age. On textiles and home decor items, the image is even more abstract, reduced to angled color blocks of blues and creams.

Gina Harrison

Gina Harrison is a NC artist, graphic designer, and arts ed advocate. She received her BFA in studio art, with an emphasis in printmaking, from UNC-Chapel Hill. Her recent work has been exhibited in Pittsboro, Durham, Cary, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Wilmington, NC. She served as president of the Chatham Artists Guild from 2021 through 2022. She is past president of the Chatham Arts Council and currently serves as a board member of Arts NC, the statewide advocacy organization for the arts.
